01 A parent or legal guardian must initiate the session. No third party - no matter how close to the family - may book this session on behalf of a child without parental or guardian authorization. The request must come from the person legally responsible for the child.
02 The parent or legal guardian must be present for the full session. Not available by phone nearby. Present. On the call. This is non-negotiable and will not be accommodated around.
03 The child does not need to be present unless Mani indicates it is appropriate. In most cases, the session is conducted with the parent or guardian present, working through them, not directly with the child.
04 Mani reserves the right to decline any session at any point before or during the booking process, without explanation. This work requires clear discernment about who it serves and when.
05 If you are unsure whether this is appropriate for your situation, reach out before booking. Mani would rather talk it through with you than have you book something that is not the right fit.
